Entry Requirement

To enroll in the Diploma in Physiotherapy program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Passed SPM or equivalent with PASS in Bahasa Malaysia and English and 5 credits in the following subjects:

  • Mathematics
  • ONE science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science)
  • Any other THREE subjects (including Bahasa Malaysia and/or English)

OR

  1. ii) GCE/O Level or equivalent with PASS in Bahasa Malaysia or English and 5 Grade C in the following subjects:
  • Mathematics
  • ONE science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science)
  • Any other THREE subjects (including Bahasa Malaysia and/or English)

OR

iii) Certificate related to Health Sciences with minimum CGPA 2.75

The Diploma in Physiotherapy is a well-rounded program that combines University and MQA Compulsory Subjects with Professional Practice and Core Physiotherapy areas. To graduate, students must complete 109 credit hours, including extensive clinical placements at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities, ensuring they are fully prepared to excel in the field of physiotherapy.
