The Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Selangor is committed to nurturing future healthcare professionals who are knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. Our mission is to ensure that every student receives a well-rounded education through research-based teaching, preparing them to be competitive in their field while remaining sensitive to human values. Our vision is to be recognized as a leader in the health sciences, known for producing innovative healthcare professionals who exemplify excellence and integrity.

We are proud to announce that all our academic programs are fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Ministry of Higher Education. This underscores our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of education. A recent highlight is the Selangor Frontliner Apprenticeship Program (SELFA) – Hospital Scholarship Program (HSP), which has garnered widespread attention. This program provides full scholarships, along with allowances, for diploma nursing students and will soon be expanded to include other disciplines within our faculty.

Our faculty is made up of three specialized departments: the Department of Environmental Health and Occupational Safety (EnvOSH), the Department of Medical Diagnostics (MedX), and the Department of Healthcare and Rehabilitation (HCare). Each department is committed to offering high-quality education and hands-on training, ensuring our graduates are fully equipped to face the dynamic challenges of the healthcare industry. Our strong collaborations with public and private hospitals, medical laboratories, industries, and community organizations further enhance our students’ learning experience while contributing to the broader healthcare landscape.
