This partnership aims to develop a comprehensive, relevant, and high-impact training module that enhances safety practices among courier and delivery personnel. The MyCSP module focuses on risk management, defensive driving, ergonomics, and workplace safety awareness — ensuring couriers are better equipped to face real-world challenges.

MyCSP Pilot Training Session

The pilot session brought together two major courier companies with a total of 53 participants. During the session, trainers and participants engaged in practical learning, discussions, and module testing to identify areas for improvement.
